最近赜军医药针对不同的不对称催化反应特点,推出两盒手性膦配体工具箱:手性单膦配体工具箱和手性双膦配体工具箱。手性单膦配体工具箱收集了赜军最具代表性、不同结构特征的18个P-手性单膦配体(另赠两个消旋单膦配体),可用于各类不对称偶联及其他不对称催化反应的研究和优化中;手性双膦配体工具箱收集了20个特色的手性双膦配体,可用于各类高效的不对称氢化及其他不对称催化反应的研究和优化。赜军还能为客户提供个性化的配体结构研发和规模化配体制备服务。
Zejun Monophosphorus Ligand Kit
Zejun monophosphorus ligand kit is a collection of eighteen representative P-chiral monophosphorus ligands developed in Professor WenjunTang's group (http://wenjuntang.sioc.ac.cn) that are being applied to various metal-catalyzed asymmetric transformations, including asymmetric Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling, asymmetric dearomative cyclization, asymmetric α-arylation, asymmetric C-H functionalization, asymmetric Heck reaction, asymmetric hydroboration, and et al. The ligand kit can serve for user’s purpose to optimize reaction conditions as well as explore new asymmetric transformations. Zejun bisphosphorus ligand kit is a collection of twenty representative P-chiral bisphosphorus ligands developed in Professor Wenjun Tang’s group (http://wenjuntang.sioc.ac.cn) that are being applied to asymmetric hydrogenation as well as various other asymmetric transformations. The ligand kit can serve for user’s purpose to achieve high enantioselectivities and TONs in asymmetric hydrogenation as well as to explore new asymmetric reactions.
